Endure Secure Pty Ltd, (“Endure Secure”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”), is the operator and maintainer of this website and related web applications (collectively, “Online Services”).

These Terms and Conditions apply to all of our Online Services whether accessed through endsec.com.au, enduresecure.com.au, enduresecurity.com.au, (collectively “Domains”), or any publicly available subdomains of our Domains, or any other publicly available domains which redirect to our Domains.

For customers whom we have provided any of our services, additional Terms and Conditions related to those services will have been provided prior to service commencement.

Throughout our Online Services, we may provide hyperlinks and website addresses to third party websites and web applications. We may also embed content from third party websites and web applications, such as web code libraries, images, video, and other media into our Online Services. These Terms and Conditions do not extend to any of these third parties. For all third party websites and web applications, please refer to the Terms and Conditions or similar provided by that party.

These Terms and Conditions do not extend to the usage of any of our Social Media accounts with any Social Media platforms.

These Terms and Conditions have been written in UK English. If, when translated to other languages, the meaning of anything in these Terms and Conditions can be interpreted differently, that meaning is not applicable.

Prohibited Usage of our Online Services

  • The unauthorised interference of any other visitor, user, or customer of our Online Services (this includes Denial of Service (DoS) or Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks.
  • Any abusive, threatening, unlawful, doxing, or offensive conduct against any other visitors, users, or customers of our Online Services

Note that authorisation for exceptions to any of the above can only be provided in writing by Endure Secure and will include explicit terms and conditions accompanying to the exception.

Revoking Access to our Online Services

  • We reserve the right to restrict access to our Online Services, either permanently or temporarily, to any user, visitor, or customer if we believe that any of our Terms and Conditions have been breached, or for any other reason.

Warranties and Guarantees

  • We offer no warranties and make no guarantees regarding the availability, usability, and effectiveness of any information or services provided by our Online Services.

Content Ownership

Unless specified otherwise, all content, text, images, and media that makes up our Online Services remains the intellectual property of Endure Secure.

To the extent permitted by law:

  • You may not reproduce, copy, plagiarise, mirror, or re-host any part of our Online Services without our express authorisation.
  • We reserve the right to use, modify, delete, or post any content transmitted to us through our Online Services by our visitors or users for any purpose, without notification, without restriction, and royalty-free – to the extend that this does not violate our Privacy Policy.

Where we link to or embed content from third party websites or content, we do not claim to endorse, agree with that content, nor do we control the accuracy, suitability, availability, or usability of that content or information.
